USS Nashville - Reunions

January 29, 2013: Rufus "Tommy" Thompson, Steve Saradin, and Poul Pedersen (son of Poul Finn Pedersen) got together for a reunion in Irvine, CA. Poul's father was Tommy's Executive Officer (XO) and roommate aboard ship. Steve was Tommy's shipmate on the USS Nashville CL-43 as part of the replacement detachment in 1945.

March 3, 2014: Tommy, his son Robert and daughter Sue, Steve Saradin, and Poul and Robert Pedersen (sons of Poul Finn Pedersen) gathered for a second reunion in Irvine, CA.
